The “Ventanilla Abierta para la investigación científica en América Latina” (Open Window for Scientific Research in Latin America), also known as VA, serves as a fast, easy and centralized access point for researchers, academics, and scientists across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to tap into e-Infrastructure resources essential for driving innovative projects.
Aiming to boost innovation and entrepreneurship in Latin America and the Caribbean, the Innovation Hub of the BELLA II project, with the support of RedCLARA, the European Union (EU), and Panama's National Secretariat of Science and Technology (SENACYT), will present the first edition of InnovaInvest on October 23-24. Panama—a regional innovator—is the perfect host for this event.
The Government of Guatemala has confirmed its membership in the Latin America and Caribbean Cyber Competence Center (LAC4), with the presence of public officials from the Executive Branch and international experts from LAC4, following efforts by the Presidential Commission for Open and Electronic Government.
