The BELLA II project, co-funded by the European Union and led by RedCLARA, was highlighted during the 15th ASREN International Conference, e-AGE25, positioning itself as a key component in strengthening the digital ecosystem of Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as cooperation with Europe and other regions of the world.
On November 20 and 21 in Santiago de Chile, the Third Ibero-American Symposium on Blockchain and Cybersecurity brought together specialists from across Ibero-America in a working space dedicated to analyzing the potential of blockchain to strengthen regional cooperation. Discussions focused on how this technology can enhance traceability, security, and interoperability in commercial processes that require greater cross-country coordination.
December 4 will mark a milestone for digital innovation in Latin America. Four teams from different countries will present the results of the solutions they developed during a pilot program led by RedCLARA and LNET, the Early Adopters Program, which for the first time provided regional access to the BELLA II Blockchain Testbed: an infrastructure designed to experiment, test, and validate applications based on blockchain technology.
