The experience of RedCLARA, the BELLA II project, and its relevance in the Digital Alliance between the European Union (EU) and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) was highlighted in an online event organized by the Spanish Cooperation Agency (AECID) and the EU-LAC RESINFRA Network, on 25-26 July.
The BELLA II White Book (digital version) is now available to provide a conceptual background and a roadmap to guide the interactions among the stakeholders involved in the execution of the BELLA II project.
Several actors and stakeholders from the digital ecosystem of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and Europe participated in the first BELLA II Open Strategic Dialogue, which took place on 18 July in Brussels, Belgium, in the framework of the III EU-CELAC Summit of Heads of State.
